These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the YachtPass platform. By creating an account, signing in or using the platform you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
YachtPass, we, us: YachtPass B.V.
Platform: the YachtPass mobile apps and web application, including dealer branded versions of them, and every service offered through them.
User, you: any natural person who accesses, registers for or uses the Platform, whether as a Boat Owner, Crew, Dealership staff or otherwise.
Boat Owner: a User who registers a vessel on the Platform, either on invitation of a Dealership or independently.
Crew: a User invited to a vessel by its Boat Owner, with the permissions the Boat Owner sets.
Dealership: a professional boat dealership that has entered into a separate cooperation agreement with YachtPass for the use of the dealer portal.
Digital Vault: the private storage area of a vessel for Vessel Documents.
Vessel Documents: documents relating to a vessel, its ownership, registration, insurance, maintenance and compliance, and identity documents of the people on board, stored in the Digital Vault.
Manuals: operating and technical documents of a boat model, kept in a shared manual database and available to every User with a vessel of that model.
ChatBoat: the AI assistant on the Platform, described in article 7.
YachtPass Card: the physical, personalised card that a User can order through the Platform, carrying a QR code that lets authorities request access to selected Vessel Documents.
Captain Plan: the paid subscription for a Boat Owner who uses the Platform without a Dealership, described in article 10.
Privacy Statement: our separate privacy statement, which describes how we process personal data. It is published at https://nova-iguanadon-96b.notion.site/YachtPass-Privacy-Statement-1579c0cfaea480dbb7cef908437e7d68 and linked from the sign-in screen and the settings of the Platform.
