Welcome to YachtPass! By accessing or using the YachtPass platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• YachtPass Platform: A digital platform designed to streamline boat documentation and management for boat owners and dealerships.
• Physical YachtPass: A passport-sized physical document used for check-ins at harbors, ports, and immigration points.
• Digital Vault: A secure storage feature within the platform for Vessel Documents such as proof of ownership, registration papers, and bills of sale.
• Ticketing System: An integrated support feature enabling efficient management of service requests and communication between boat owners and dealerships.
• Vessel Documents: Sensitive documents related to vessel ownership and registration, accessible only to the boat owner and relevant dealership.
• Manuals: Operational guides and technical documents stored in a shared manual database, accessible by all YachtPass users.
• AI ChatBoat: A feature that provides answers to user queries based on information stored in manuals.
• User: Any individual who accesses or registers for the YachtPass platform.
• Service(s): Any functionality provided by YachtPass, including the Digital Vault, Physical YachtPass, and other platform features.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use YachtPass. Access is limited to individuals within jurisdictions where YachtPass complies with local laws and regulations.
• Account Registration: Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and update it as necessary (e.g., when contact information or Vessel Documents change). Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.
• Security of Credentials: Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is encouraged for added security. Any suspected breach or unauthorised access should be reported to YachtPass immediately.
• Account Suspension or Termination: YachtPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for users who violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unauthorised activities.
